Each of our production line has 5-8QC to test the quality of each parts even tiny screw be tested before production. Only the parts passed the test can be used in assemble production line, after the assemble finished, the machine should be going light aging test for 48hours at least, then the shocking test for the complete machines, if the machine past after all the test then it be sent to logistics department for professional packing and shipment.
